How do I get started?
If you are an agent who has not worked with us yet, no worries. We can have you fill out a form to provide the necessary information. Once we have completed form, you'll be entered into our system and you're ready to go.

As soon as you have a property that you need help with, let us know. Once we know which service(s) you would like & have access to the necessary information, we'll jump into action.
What are the agent's responsibilities?

Why should I use keys2close instead of hiring my own transaction coordinator?
We can function as your personal transaction coordinator. We will learn your preferences for how you want things done, just as your staff would. The main difference is we have the staff to handle the busy season, while not creating a financial burden during the slow season. We're here when you need us.
I already have my own TC. How can keys2close help me?
We are here to fill in the gaps. We can cover the transactions that occur while your TC is on leave. We can also help when there are too many transactions for your staff to handle. Let us handle the excess instead of bogging down your staff.

What happens if the settlement falls through?
Because we believe in our product so much, if a settlement falls through due to our error, we only charge for our expenses on that transaction.
